Emory Alliance Credit Union has been dedicated to serving our
members since 1968. Not only are we committed to the financial
needs of our membrs, but also to giving back and being an active
partner in our community.
Below are some community organizations that Emory Alliance Credit Union is proud to support:
Children's Miracle Network Hospitals
More than 10 million kids enter a children’s hospital like Children's Healthcare of Atlanta across North America every year. To provide the best care for kids, children’s hospitals rely on donations and community support, as Medicaid and insurance programs do not fully cover the cost of care. Since 1983, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals has helped fill those funding gaps by raising more than $5 billion, most of it $1 at a time through Miracle Balloon icon campaigns. Its various fundraising partners and programs support the nonprofit’s mission to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
Every year, the Decatur YMCA hosts an event called the Angel
Tree to give back to the children in the community for the
holidays. Emory Alliance Credit Union receives a list of
children to "adopt" and, with the help of our employees, provide
them with gifts to unwrap for Christmas.
FODAC is a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to provide free
or low-cost wheelchairs, vehicle modifications, home adaptations, and
other gently used home medical equipment for disabled adults and
children to improve their overall quality of life.
Decatur Cooperative Ministry
Since 1969, Decatur Cooperative Ministry's (DCM) mission has
helped families facing homelessness settle into safe, stable
homes and build healthy lives filled with peace, hope and
opportunity. Today, DCM offers homelessness prevention and
alleviation services along the continuum of homeless services. To
do so, they partner with congregations, foundations,
universities, schools, government agencies, community groups and
local businesses all around the Greater Atlanta area.

to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign
