This is a savings club specifically designed to help children ages newborn to 12 years learn the value of saving money in fun and educational ways. The account encourages children to save money and teaches them how a financial institution works.

This program is for teens ages 13 to 17 years old designed to encourage savings and teach teens how financial institutions work. Teens are allowed to open a checking account with limited supervision. All account holders are required to attend a one-on-one class after the account is opened in order to receive checks and VISA debit cards. The class will demonstrate the benefits of balancing checkbooks, how VISA Debit Cards work, and the value of saving money. |
CU Succeed Savings Account

- Age requirements: 13 to 17 years old.
- Minimum deposit to open a share (savings) account is $25.00.
- Dividends paid quarterly with no minimum balance requirements.
- A copy of teen's birth certificate is required at time of account opening.
- The primary account holder must have a social security card and an eligible adult sign as a joint owner.
CU Succeed Checking Account

- The primary account holder must be a CU Succeed Savings Club member between the ages of 15 and 17 years old with a qualified parent or guardian as a joint owner.
- There is no minimum balance requirement for this checking account.
- Free account access, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week through Audio Xpress or Personal Branch (Online Banking)
- Make deposits to share draft/checking account via ATM or night deposit, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, or through direct deposit, payroll, or one of our branch locations.
- The first order of 50 checks and the VISA Debit card are free. Temporary checks are available at no cost.
- Overdraft protect is available on this account.
- Both teen and parent or guardian must meet our credit requirements for opening new accounts.
