I had a good and unexpected experience today as I visited CU1. I met Guan and asked him question. Not only did he answer it but, he suggested he could provide the service I inquired about. He did so, and was very pleasant and deliberate. I have given him a 5 Star rating because I know he deserves it.

I have been with the Credit Union since 2010. Ive been with them through their remodel and this new merger or change to Credit Union 1. Santiago did an outstanding job! Though a new employee to this particular facility; he was outstanding. He was able to assist me and walk me through the necessary steps so that I could accomplish what I needed in a timely manner. He was extremely professional, courteous, and informative! He was able to explain information and helped me with my questions and concerns.
