Post-conversion Recommendations and Information

Update Automatic Debits or Credits

If you have any automatic debits or credits to your EACU account, you will need to advise each business of your new Routing and Transit Number.

CU1’s Routing & Transit #: 271188081

Verify Payroll Deposit

Every effort was made to ensure payroll deposits and payroll distributions were converted properly. While there was no action on your part for this transition, we recommend that you verify your payroll deposit and/or payroll distribution through digital banking with your first payroll.

Whether it's paying your bills faster than ever, easily searching your personal data or finding a nearby ATM while you are out and about, our new digital banking experience was improved with YOU in mind.

Enroll in CU1 Online Bill Pay

Online Bill Pay can be accessed in Digital Banking on the Account Summary screen under Bill Payment. Select Enrollment Options and follow the prompts to sign up.

Important Notice About Your Debit Card

If your EACU debit card is lost or stolen, it will be replaced with a CU1 debit card.

As of 2023, Emory Alliance Credit Union, a Division of Credit Union 1 will begin using Credit Union 1’s debit card to replace your lost or stolen Emory Alliance Credit Union debit card. As an EACU member, if you have received a CU1 debit card, you can begin using it immediately. This new debit card is connected to your current Checking Account.

Important Credit Card Information

There has been a slight delay in the conversion of credit card records which does not affect access to your credit card. The impact to you is temporary, and any payments made between now and January 12, 2023 will need to be made through an alternate method. You can log into CU1 Digital Banking to access the credit card online account management platform, however, credit card transaction details will not display until January 12, 2023.

To make a payment to your Emory Alliance Credit Card through January 12, 2023 call 855-427-3351, option 6. This will allow you to make a payment through an automated phone system.

Loan Payments

Members who have loans have had those products converted to matching or similar products on the CU1 system. The rate and term for each of these products will remain the same as originally contracted for the remaining term of the agreement. Payments for loans can be made through digital banking or by mailing a payment to:
