rate incentives for deposit, rate discounts on loans, and rebated fees.
Emory Alliance Credit Union was chartered in 1968 to serve the employees of
Emory University and Emory University Hospital. In the last 40 years, its
field of membership has grown to include Emory
University students and faculty, Emory Healthcare, Residents of DeKalb County,
Georgia, and other Emory-related organizations. Currently, Emory Alliance CU is
a full-service financial institution with over 19,000 members and approximately
$107 million in assets.
Once you're a member, your family members are eligible to join and enjoy the

Applying online is fast, easy, and secure.
To join, you will need to:

Complete the online membership application. Once you have opened your account, you will have access to all of our products and services.

After submitting your application online, print your completed application and bring the following information with you on your first visit:
- Photo ID (Driver's license or state-issued ID), or social security card. Non-US citizens should also provide visa and passport documents.
- Proof of membership eligibility (work ID, copy of current utility bill as proof of residency, or paycheck stub).
- Information for joint account holders and beneficiaries.

Make an initial deposit of $25 to a share savings account. You can conveniently make your initial deposit online by electronic transfer (ACH). Please have your bank's routing number and account number on hand for processing.

If you do not wish to open and fund the account at this time, you may send us a secured e-mail or call us as (404) 329-6415 to request a new membership package or stop by any of our branch locations to speak to a Financial Services Representative. Be sure to include your name, address and a contact number.
*To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. When you open an account with Emory Alliance CU, we will ask you for your name, residential address and mailing address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask you to see your driver's license and/or other identifying documents. Additionally, all accounts will be verified through eFunds, ChoicePoint, and Credit Reporting Agencies.
